Agreement to these terms
Marble Voyage publishes the service under the terms below. Creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or simply using the free tier means you agree to them.
Generation credits
Each plan grants a monthly allotment of generation credits shown on the pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle on Starter or Pro; Studio subscribers keep one month of rollover headroom, after which unused credits still expire. Buying more credits mid-cycle is possible from your account page at any time.
Billing and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at signup until cancelled. If a generation run fails outright — no mesh produced — the credit spent on it is refunded automatically within 24 hours. Refunds for a subscription fee itself are available within 7 days of a first charge if you have used fewer than 10 credits; after that the remaining term of the current cycle runs its course.
Ownership of what you generate
You own the meshes, textures and exported files produced from your own prompts and reference photos, and may use them commercially, subject to the plan you are on. We do not claim rights over your generated output, and we do not reuse your prompts or files to train anything without asking first.
Export formats and licence
Exported GLB, FBX, OBJ, STL and USDZ files are yours to use in the engines, print services or storefronts of your choosing. We make no warranty that a specific engine or 3D printer will accept every export without adjustment — geometry that passes our own validation can still need cleanup for an unusual pipeline.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to generate content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, depicts real identifiable people without consent, or is otherwise unlawful. Accounts used this way may be suspended without a credit refund.
Site content
Text and imagery published on this site outside the generation tool itself is our own work unless credited. You are welcome to read and link to it; copying it into commercial use without asking is not permitted.
Service availability
We target the uptime figure shown on the pricing page for paid plans, but generation depends on third-party compute we do not control, and we are not liable for losses caused by a temporary outage.
Disclaimer
We are responsible for this site's content and the generation service to the extent the law requires, and no further. We are not liable for external sites we link to, or for decisions taken solely on general information published here.
When terms change
We may update these terms as the service changes; the version published here is the one in force. Material changes to billing or credit rules are announced by email before they take effect.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered location of Marble Voyage in Fukuoka, and disputes fall to the competent courts there. Where these terms are offered alongside a Japanese translation, the Japanese text governs in case of a genuine conflict between the two.
Severability
If a court finds one clause of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in effect; we replace the affected clause with one that achieves the same intent as closely as the law allows.
Assignment
We may transfer these terms and the account data covered by them if the business is sold or restructured, provided the new operator honours the terms you signed up under. You may not transfer your account to someone else without our written consent.
Support and response times
Support requests sent to support@marblevoyage.com are answered within one business day for account, billing and generation questions. A report of a broken export or a stuck job is prioritised over a general enquiry, and we will tell you directly if something needs more than a day to resolve properly rather than leaving you guessing.
