FAQ

Your ideas, rendered in three dimensions.

Q01

Can I use the 3D models I generate commercially, including in games I sell?

Yes. All assets generated on a paid plan (Pro, Studio, or Enterprise) are yours to use commercially without royalties. Starter plan outputs are for personal and non-commercial use only. The full licence terms are in the Terms of Service linked in the footer.
Q02

What file formats can I export to, and are there presets for Unity and Unreal Engine?

Paid plans export to GLB, FBX, OBJ, STL, and USDZ. There are built-in presets for Unity (GLB with correct axis orientation and texture naming), Unreal Engine 5 (FBX with Nanite-friendly poly counts), and Blender. STL exports include a slicer-ready preset for Bambu Lab and Creality machines.
Q03

How does the generation credit system work, and do unused credits roll over?

Each text-to-3D or image-to-3D generation costs one credit. AI texture repaints cost half a credit. Credits reset at the start of your billing month and do not roll over, but you can purchase Priority Render Credit top-up blocks at any time. Those top-up blocks never expire.
Q04

Is my data stored in Japan, and who can access my project files?

All processing and storage runs on infrastructure in the Tokyo AWS region. Project files are private by default and only accessible to you and teammates you explicitly invite. Marble Voyage staff do not access your files except to investigate a support ticket you have opened.
Q05

Can I cancel or downgrade my plan at any time?

You can cancel or downgrade from the account settings page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees. If you are on annual billing and cancel early, unused months are refunded at the monthly rate minus a 10% processing fee.
