Scope of this policy
This policy covers everything Marble Voyage touches when you browse this site, submit a prompt or a reference photo, or manage a subscription. It does not cover files you export and store elsewhere, or third-party engines you connect the exported mesh to afterward — once a model leaves our pipeline, its handling is yours.
Account and correspondence details
If you contact us by email, through the contact form, or sign up for a plan, we receive what you chose to give us — name, an address for correspondence, billing email, and the content of your message. There is no public profile page and nothing here is visible to other users.
Prompts and reference photos
A text prompt or a reference photo you upload for image-to-3D is sent to our generation pipeline to build the mesh you asked for. Uploaded images are held for up to 30 days so you can re-run a generation without re-uploading, then removed automatically unless you have saved the resulting asset to a project, in which case the source reference stays alongside it until you delete the project yourself.
Where generation runs
Model generation runs on compute in the Tokyo AWS region named on our pricing page. No person reviews an individual mesh unless you flag a support ticket about it — the pipeline is automated end to end, and staff access to raw job data is limited to debugging a reported fault.
Billing information
Subscription payments are handled by our card processor, not by us directly — we never see or store your full card number. What we retain on our side is limited to the plan you are on, the billing email, and invoice history, which we need to answer billing questions and satisfy tax record-keeping law.
Purposes
Everything you send is used to run the generation you requested, keep your account working, and answer whatever you asked us. No profiling, no automated decisions about you as a person, no sale of your address to anyone.
Local storage
We run no advertising or analytics trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our cookie notice — and clearing your browser storage simply brings the notice back on your next visit.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It passes to our payment processor and cloud host strictly to run the service, and to no one else, except where the law obliges disclosure.
How long we keep it
Uploaded reference photos are purged after 30 days unless attached to a saved project; generated mesh files stay available for download for 90 days on the Starter plan and indefinitely on Pro and Studio while the subscription is active. Support correspondence is kept while the matter is live and deleted once it is resolved, unless a legal record-keeping obligation says otherwise.
Access and deletion
Access, correction, deletion of your account and uploaded files, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to support@marblevoyage.com is enough; we confirm it is really you before acting on it.
Security
Uploaded files and correspondence sit on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, readable only by the small team that operates the service and by the cloud host under a standard processing agreement.
Children
Marble Voyage is built for studios, designers and makers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we remove any account we learn belongs to a minor.
Breach notification
If a security incident puts your uploaded files or account details at meaningful risk, we notify affected accounts by email without undue delay and, where the law requires it, notify the relevant Japanese authority as well. We do not sit on a confirmed breach waiting for a convenient moment to announce it.
